A native of Maryville, Tennessee, Stacy Patterson grew up in Madisonville, Tennessee before returning to his hometown of Maryville. A graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College, Stacy utilizes his 21 years of real estate experience for the benefit of Shanks and Associates customers to help them find the perfect options for their real estate requirements.
Stacy is a state certified residential real estate appraiser, affiliate broker and investor. He has offered appraisals of residential, multi-family, commercial and land development properties, as well as experience with sales and leasing of a variety of property types.
Stacy resides in Maryville with his wife Robin and their two children, Grace and Jack.
